Whether you're an experienced GT competitor or stepping up to national-level racing, the Summerset GT New Zealand Championship offers a dedicated home for GT3 and GT4 machinery, with a focus on great racing and creating an enjoyable atmosphere both on and off the track.

A professionally managed Championship with clear communication, consistent decision-making and a dedicated Category Manager for competitors.
Varied Race Format
Four Sprint Rounds will feature two 20-minute and two 45-minute races, giving competitors plenty of time behind the wheel, while the two-hour Mini Quinny Enduro adds a completely different challenge to the season.
National Calendar
Five rounds will take the Championship to some of New Zealand's leading circuits and events, including the New Zealand Grand Prix weekend and a potential appearance alongside Supercars at Taupo.
Keeping Costs Down
The Championship will focus on keeping costs down for competitors, while still delivering a high-quality racing experience across the season.
Class Recognition
Every class will have something meaningful to race for, with dedicated results, podiums, prizegiving and quality trophies across the Championship.
Paddock Atmosphere
A dedicated drivers lounge and post-race hospitality will help bring teams and competitors together, adding to the atmosphere across each race weekend.

GT4
A wide range of SRO-homologated GT4 machinery can compete, with Silver, Silver/AM and AM classes providing a place for drivers across varying levels of experience.
